Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 * Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

SEVYN 90 ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

SEVYN 90 will assist you with working with USPS to get this issue resolved. Please send an email to returns@sevyn90.com within 5 calendar days of receiving items to alert us of the damage. We will respond promptly and accordingly upon receipt of email. Emails sent on weekends will be acknowledged within 2 business days. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Purchase Date
• Purchase amount
• Detailed description of issue
• Pictures of damaged good(s)

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost & Returned Packages

SEVYN 90 is not responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking number states that the package was delivered but you have not received it, we will try to assist you with contacting carrier to get this issue resolved.

If your package is returned due to providing an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
