Returns & Refunds
You have 5 calendar days from date of delivery to request a return for any items purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your items must be in the original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items due to sanitary reasons. These items include the following:
- Bath Milk / Salts / Soaks / Teas
- Body Butter / Butta
- Body Scrub
- Lip Balm
- Lip Gloss
- Lip Scrub
- Perfume Oil
- Silk Foot Therapy
Returned items will be inspected once received. You will be notified immediately on the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns.
To be eligible for a refund, you must send an email to returns@sevyn90.com within 5 calendar days of receiving items to alert us of a return request or items damaged in shipping. We will respond promptly and accordingly upon receipt of email. Emails sent on weekends will be acknowledged within 2 business days. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Purchase Date
- Purchase amount
- Detailed description of issue
- Pictures of damaged good(s)
Shipping charges are Non-refundable!
