Sevyn 90 will assist you with working with USPS to get packages damaged in shipping resolved. Please send an email to returns@sevyn90.com within 5 calendar days of receiving items to alert us of the damage. We will respond promptly and accordingly upon receipt of email. Emails sent on weekends will be acknowledged within 2 business days. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:

•        Purchase Date

•        Detailed description of issue
•        Pictures of damaged good(s)
